Does it work with long or curly hair?
Yes. The arms are soft silicone and they hum in place, so they don’t wind hair up. With very long or thick curls, part your hair into two sections, lower Halo slowly until the tips touch your scalp, and let it sit rather than moving it around.
Is it loud?
There’s a low motor hum you’ll hear in a quiet room. The built-in music is optional and has its own button, so you can keep it off.
How long does the battery last?
It charges over USB-C and the cable is in the box. Every session stops at 15 minutes on its own, so one charge covers several evenings.
Who shouldn’t use it?
Skip it and ask your doctor first if you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, if you’re pregnant, or if you’ve had surgery on your head, face or neck recently. Don’t use it on broken or irritated skin, and keep it away from kids.
When will it arrive?
We ship within 1 business day. US delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after that, tracked, and it’s free over $75.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery, and opened is fine. Email hello@headquiet.com with your order number and we’ll sort out the refund.
What does the warranty cover?
1-year from delivery. If it stops charging or stops running with normal use, we replace it. Headquiet Care in the cart adds a replacement plan and lost-parcel cover.
20-head or 10-head Lite?
The 20-head covers more of your scalp. The Lite has 10 arms and costs less. Buying for someone with long, thick hair? Go with the 20-head.
