If a massager stops charging or stops running with normal use within the warranty, we replace it. Write to hello@headquiet.com with your order number and a short video of what it does.

Headquiet Care is an add-on in the cart. It adds a replacement plan and lost-parcel cover to the order. Check the terms on the product before you add it.
