Shipping and returns
The same numbers as the product pages and the cart.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1 business day. US delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after that, and every parcel is tracked. Shipping is free on US orders over $75.
Tracking your order
The shipping email has your tracking link. You can also sign in to your account with the email you ordered with and see every order. Lost the email? Write to hello@headquiet.com with your order number.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, and opened is fine. Write to hello@headquiet.com with your order number and we’ll tell you where to send it and sort out the refund.
Arrived damaged or not at all
Send us a photo or your order number and we’ll replace it. With Headquiet Care on the order, a lost parcel is replaced too.
